Welcome! I am a user experience researcher with 8+ years of experience in human factors and human-computer interaction research. I am passionate about bringing research insights into practical applications such as multi-device classrooms, police emergency responses, operating rooms, and digital tabletop games. I am experienced in conducting end-to-end R&D process, including research planning, competitive analysis, iterative design process, prototyping, study design, data analysis, and presentation.
Most recently, I was a postdoctoral fellow at the North York General Hospital and University of Toronto, funded through the Health System Impact Fellowship sponsored by Canadian Institutes of Health Research. My research sought to improve patient safety in operating rooms through understanding and supporting resilience in clinicians.
