My Journey
Growing up, I have always been intrigued by why my smart and capable parents have trouble with electronics, from computers to steamers. This curiosity eventually led me to complete a PhD in human factors. Currently, I am a Sr. Design Researcher at TD Bank Group.

I am interested in empowering users through technologies that work for them in real-life settings, and I love leveraging my UX expertise for social good.

My PhD work investigated how to design interfaces so people can collaborate more easily while play digital tabletop board games (imagine a table’s surface is entirely a touch screen). I challenge you to tell me about a PhD topic that is more fun than this!
