Welcome!  I have been in human factors and human-computer interaction research for more than 8 years. Currently, I am a postdoctoral fellow at the North York General Hospital and University of Toronto, funded through the Health System Impact Fellowship sponsored by Canadian Institutes of Health Research. My current research seeks to improve patient safety in operating rooms through understanding and supporting resilience in clinicians.

I have recently received my PhD from the University of Waterloo. I am experienced in conducting end-to-end R&D process, including research planning, competitive analysis, design, prototyping, evaluation design, data analysis, and presentation.
